Warranty info:

Please note that each manufacturer has its own warranty requirements, and allotted warranty time periods. It is important that you retain your invoice/packing slip or a copy of your purchase from the website. This will show proof of purchase as well as date of purchase. Each company may have differing policies and criteria to process warranties. ** GE does not carry any kind of warranty on there parts NOTE: Acts of nature (floods, lightning, fire etc.) are void of any warranty and should be considered in your insurance claims.

***All products have specific wiring / hookup / assembly requirements, please follow instructions specific to your item. It is suggested that a licensed electrician, plumber or technician do your installations. Improper actions may cause injury, product failure as well as voiding warranties.

Due to some customers not returning items after replacements has been shipped,
NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS:

1: Customer must purchase a Replacement item in order to have an immediate new item delivered. Customer will be reimbursed upon return and examination if warranty is applicable. If item is declined for warranty, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

2. If you do not desire to purchase a new item however, and you still require the item, you will be required to wait for the motor to arrive (to CSH) for examination and determination. If warranty is applicable a new item will be shipped.

3. For a warranty claim to be process a RMA # "return materials authorization" will be issued upon request. This RMA # is required to process your return. If we receive part back to us with out an RMA # no refund will be issued.

4. Once an RMA # is issued you will have 30 days to return the item back to us. After these 30 days have passed your refund is subject to approval and a refund may be reduced or not issued.

5. A copy of the packing slip or the original packing slip must be inside the box when item is returned. A packing slip is required to process your return. If we receive part back to us with out a packing slip your refund is subject to approval and a refund may be reduced or not issued.

6. CSH will refund standard ground UPS charge for warranted parts only within the first 30 days of purchase. After the first 30 days of purchase the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

7. Please allow 1 to 3 days on returns for credit issues if required due to serial number verification, inspection, testing etc...
